SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting the offer, the bidder declares to have fully reviewed and to fully accept these conditions of sale and all documentation made available. If a sale notice is attached to the auction sheet/announcement, by submitting the offer, the bidder declares to have reviewed and to accept the conditions set out therein, in relation to which these conditions of sale are to be understood as an extract. The bidder further declares to have examined and accepted all documentation made available for participation purposes

Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 800,00.

Lot 0 requires payment of a deposit equal to EUR 3.500,00

Lots with a starting value equal to or greater than EUR 15,000.00 require payment of a specific security deposit indicated in the relevant lot sheets.

The deposit must be credited strictly before the end of the Auction.

Once the deposit has been credited, the User will be enabled to participate in the Auction.

To speed up participation in the Auction, the User is advised to send the scanned accounting copy of the payment made with the CRO code to: [email protected].

Payment deadline

The awarded lots must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.
The Buyer's Premium and ancillary management charges, where applicable, must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.

Buyer’s Premium and Ancillary Management Charges

Buyer's Premium

A charge of 15,00% + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of €25 (+ VAT at 22% where applicable), on each of the awarded lots or combinations, as minimum commissions.

Charges: Registration taxes to be calculated based on the size of the vessels will be borne by the buyer, as will all charges arising from the transfer of ownership of the lots.

Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified at the time of communication of the successful award of the Lot to the best Bidder.

Collection of awarded lots
 
Collection of the awarded lots by the buyer may take place only after actual receipt of payment of the award price and the fees provided for (Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges).
 
In any case, collection must be completed no later than 30 days from the provisional award.
 
All lots not collected within the above deadline will be subject to a daily late fee of EUR 50.00. In the event that the asset is not collected within 30 days from the collection deadline, the sale will be deemed automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots - Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges and any additional fees paid) will be retained as a compensatory penalty. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot nor to organize in any way their collection. 
 
Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with current safety regulations established by law; the buyer will therefore be required to make the necessary adjustments in this regard, also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any disassembly, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places involved in the collection in safe conditions and free of goods and/or waste materials produced by the buyer during the above operations. In the case of registered movable assets, the buyer is to be understood as responsible for completing the procedures required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
The transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder at the vehicle registration agency communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In the case of export of registered movable assets, the buyer must carry out the required operations in compliance with current regulations.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available before the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable assets, before completion of the relevant transfer of ownership.

Bids on the Complete Lot: If no bid is received for the complete lot (Lot 0), the individual lots and/or combinations will be awarded.
If bids are received for the complete lot (Lot 0), at the end of the auction the Seller reserves the right to award or not award this lot based on the values achieved by the individual lots.

Final provisions

In the event of any disputes arising regarding the interpretation of the provisions contained in the General and Specific Conditions set out on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
