SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting the offer, the bidder declares having fully reviewed and integrally accepting these sale conditions and all documentation made available. If a sale notice is attached to the auction/announcement sheet, by submitting the offer, the bidder declares having reviewed and accepting the conditions set out therein, with respect to which these sale conditions are to be understood as an excerpt. The bidder further declares having examined and accepted all documentation made available for participation

Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 2.500,00.

Lot 0 requires payment of a deposit equal to EUR 16.000,00

Lots with a starting value equal to or greater than EUR 40,000.00 require payment of a specific security deposit indicated in the relevant lot sheets.

The deposit must be mandatorily credited before the end of the Auction.

Once the deposit is credited, the User will be enabled to participate in the Auction.

To speed up participation in the Auction, the User is advised to send the scanned accounting copy of the payment made with the CRO code to: [email protected].

Awarding of lots

it is specified that awarding shall in any case be subject to acceptance and approval by the seller

Payment deadline

Awarded lots must be paid within 5 days from the provisional award confirmation.
The Buyer's Premium and ancillary management charges, where required, must be paid within 5 days from the provisional award confirmation.

Buyer’s Premium and Ancillary Management Charges

Buyer's Premium

A charge of 15,00% + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of 25 € (+ VAT at 22% where applicable), on each of the lots or awarded combinations, as minimum fees.

Charges: Registration taxes to be calculated based on the dimensions of the vessels will be borne by the buyer, as will all charges arising from the transfer of ownership of the lots.

Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified at the time of communication of the successful award of the Lot in favor of the best Bidder.

Collection of awarded lots
 
Collection of the awarded lots by the buyer may take place only after effective receipt of the payments of the award price and the required commissions (Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges).
 
In any case, collection must be completed within and not later than 30 days from the provisional award.
 
All lots not collected within the deadline indicated above will be subject to a daily penalty of EUR 50.00. If the good is not collected within 30 days from the collection deadline, the sale shall be automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots - Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges and any additional amounts paid) will be retained as a compensatory penalty. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot nor to organize in any way the collection thereof. 
 
The collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the current safety regulations established by law; the same shall therefore be required to make the necessary adaptations in this regard also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any disassembly, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places involved in the collection in safe conditions and free of goods and/or waste materials produced by him during the above operations. In the case of registered movable property, the buyer shall be understood as responsible for handling the paperwork required to effect the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
The transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out at the care and expense of the successful bidder at the motor vehicle paperwork agency communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In the case of export of registered movable property, the buyer must perform the required operations in compliance with current regulations.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make available any lot before receipt of the above payments and, in the case of registered movable property, before completion of the relevant transfer of ownership.

Bids on the Complete Lot: If bids on the complete lot (Lot 0) are received, at the end of the auction the Seller reserves the right to award or not award this lot based on the values reached by the individual lots.

Final provisions

In the event of any disputes relating to the interpretation of the provisions contained in the General and Specific Conditions reported on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
