SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting the bid, the bidder declares to have fully reviewed and to fully accept these conditions of sale and all documentation made available. If a sale notice is attached to the auction/listing sheet, by submitting the bid, the bidder declares to have reviewed and to accept the conditions set out therein, with respect to which these conditions of sale are to be understood as an extract. The bidder further declares to have examined and accepted all documentation made available for the purposes of participation 

The cover image has been digitally processed for purely illustrative purposes to represent the model and characteristics of the vehicle. The actual condition may differ and, therefore, you are invited to review all photos in the auction sheet

Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 400,00.

Lot 0 requires the payment of a deposit equal to EUR 1.000,00

Lots with a starting value equal to or greater than EUR 15,000.00 require the payment of a specific security deposit indicated in the relevant lot sheets.


The deposit must be paid via:

The deposit must be credited before the end of the Auction.

Once the deposit has been credited, the User will be enabled to participate in the Auction.

To speed up participation in the Auction, the User is advised to send the scanned accounting copy of the payment made with the CRO code to: [email protected].

Payment deadline

Awarded lots must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.
The Buyer's Premium and ancillary management charges, where applicable, must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.

Buyer’s Premium and Ancillary Management Charges

Buyer's Premium

A charge of 10,00% + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of 25 € (+ 22% VAT where applicable), on each of the lots or combinations awarded, as minimum commissions.

Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified at the time of communication of the successful award of the Lot in favor of the best Bidder.

Collection of awarded lots
 
Collection of the awarded lots by the buyer may take place only after actual receipt of payment of the award price and the commissions provided for (Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges).
 
In any case, collection must be completed within and no later than 30 days from the provisional award.
 
All lots not collected within the deadline indicated above will be subject to a daily penalty of EUR 50.00. If the asset is not collected within 30 days from the collection deadline, the sale will be deemed automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots - Buyer’s Premium, ancillary management charges and any additional amounts paid) will be retained as liquidated damages. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot nor to organize in any way their collection. 
 
Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with current safety regulations laid down by law; the buyer will therefore be required to make the necessary adjustments in this regard, also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators used in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places affected by the collection in safe conditions and free of goods and/or waste materials produced by him during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable assets, the buyer is understood to be responsible for carrying out the formalities required to make the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
Transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out at the care and expense of the successful bidder at the vehicle registration agency communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In case of export of registered movable assets, the buyer must carry out the required operations in compliance with current regulations.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available before receipt of the above payments and, in the case of registered movable assets, before completion of the relevant transfer of ownership.

Final provisions

In the event of any disputes arising regarding the interpretation of the provisions contained in the General and Specific Conditions published on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
