SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting a bid, the bidder declares that they have fully read and accept these conditions of sale and all the documentation provided. If there is a notice of sale attached to the auction form/announcement, by submitting a bid, the bidder declares that they have read and accept the conditions contained therein, of which these conditions of sale are to be considered an extract. The bidder also declares that they have examined and accepted all the documentation provided for the purposes of participation.

The deposit must be credited before the end of the Auction.

Once the deposit has been credited, the User will be enabled to participate in the Auction.

To speed up participation in the Auction, the User is advised to send the scanned accounting copy of the payment with the CRO code to: [email protected].

To be eligible to participate in the auction, the User must provide the documents specified in the sale notice by uploading them in the “My Documents” section or by sending them to the address [email protected].

Buyer's Premium: A charge of 4,00% + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.

The Buyer's Premium will have a minimum amount of 25 € (+ VAT at 22% where applicable) of each of the lots awarded or combinations as minimum commissions.

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified at the time of communication of the awarding of the Lot to the highest Bidder.

Property transfer

Property transfer will take place with a deed issued by the Notary Public, identified by the procedure, only after full payment of the hammer price, expenses and Buyer's Premium.

In case of lack property transfer finalization, the sale will be canceled and the amount paid by the user who awarded the lot as Buyer's Premium will not be refunded, as a penalty.

Collection conditions

 
Where necessary, or as notified by the Liquidator/Owner, the collection of awarded lots by the buyer may take place only after the actual receipt of payment for the hammer price and applicable fees (Buyer’s Premium, ancillary handling charges, and any additional costs) and the transfer of ownership, which must be completed no later than the specified deadlines.
 
In any case, the collection should absolutely be done before and no later than 30 days following the transfer of ownership.
 
All lots not collected by the deadline will be subject to a daily default of EUR 100.00. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot or to organize in any way the collection and delivery of the same. 
 
The collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the current safety regulations established by law; the same will therefore be required to make the necessary adjustments in this sense also in reference to any third parties and / or collaborators employed in carrying out the operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places affected by the withdrawal in safe conditions and free from goods and/or waste materials produced by him during the aforementioned operations . In the case of registered movable property, the buyer is to be considered responsible for carrying out the procedures necessary to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership
 
The transfer of ownership must therefore be carried out by and at the expense of the successful bidder at the practice’s agency communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In case of export of registered movable property, the buyer must perform the required operations in compliance with current legislation.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available before the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable goods, before the completion of the related transfer of ownership.

Fees and Taxes: The sale will be subject to taxes established by the relevant law, all to be paid by the buyer.
