By submitting a bid, the bidder declares that they have fully read and accept these conditions of sale and all the documentation provided. If there is a notice of sale attached to the auction form/announcement, by submitting a bid, the bidder declares that they have read and accept the conditions contained therein, of which these conditions of sale are to be considered an extract. The bidder also declares that they have examined and accepted all the documentation provided for the purposes of participation.

The precious items offered for sale may have characteristics differing from those indicated in this auction listing and/or in the appraisal report, including with reference to grams/weight, shape, color, dimensions, carat weight, type and quality of the materials and any stones. Descriptions, images and expert indications are purely indicative and do not constitute any guarantee of any kind. The sale takes place in the factual and legal condition in which the goods are found, without any guarantee for defects, discrepancies or lack of quality. Any liability of Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. and of the Procedure is therefore excluded for any discrepancies, and it remains the bidder's responsibility to carry out a prior and accurate inspection of the asset and the available documentation before submitting the bid.
