3. Bidding

In order to place a bid, the bidder must follow the steps indicated in the General Conditions of Sale applicable to this auction, pay the security deposit, and submit the required documentation, as indicated below.

3.1. Security Deposit

Participation in the auction is subject to the payment of a mandatory security deposit of EUR 117.000,00.

The participation in the auction is also subject to the payment of a bank transfer, as a mandatory deposit on Buyer's Premium, for an amount equal to 2% of base price.

The security deposit and the mandatory deposit on Buyer's Premium must be paid by bank transfer to the following account:

Please note:

• The reason for payment must include the reason code issued by the system when placing the irrevocable bid.
• The user must pay the security deposit well in advance of the auction end.

3.2. Documentation

In addition to the security deposit, to be eligible to participate, the User must provide the following documents by uploading them to the "My Documents" section or sending them to the certified email address [email protected]:

• Copy of the bank transfer made as the security deposit.

If the Bidder is a NATURAL INDIVIDUAL:

• Copy of a valid identity document of the Bidder, the person to whom the transfer of the Goods will be made (it will not be possible to make the transfer to a person other than the person signing the registration, according to the procedure described).
  Copy of the tax code (if the Bidder resides outside the Italian territory and does not have a tax code issued by the Italian authorities, he or she must provide certification of the tax code application to the Revenue Agency).
  Valid residence permit, if the Bidder is a non-EU citizen.
  If the bidder is married under a joint property regime, the spouse's details must also be provided, along with a copy of their identity document (this document is not binding for qualification purposes but is required in the event of a successful bid).
  If the bidder is a minor/under interdiction/disability/subject to support administration, a copy of the identity document and relevant tax code of the bidder, of the person acting on their behalf, and of the relevant authorization from the guardianship judge.

If the bidder is a LEGAL ENTITY:

• Chamber of Commerce certificate (the document must have been issued within 6 months prior to the bid submission date); if the bidder is not registered in the Companies Register, a copy of a valid and updated certificate (dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the bid submission) issued by the competent authorities and/or the articles of association/bylaws, and a document certifying the powers of the person acting as representative.
  Copy of a valid identity document of the person representing the company and, if they lack the required powers or if they are not the legal representative with the required powers, a copy of the document evidencing the relevant powers (e.g., Board of Directors minutes, power of attorney, etc.).
  Copy of the tax code of the person representing the company.
  If the company is not Italian, a duly certified translation of the Chamber of Commerce certificate.
  Special power of attorney received or certified by a notary, in the case of participation through a representative.

In the case of a joint bid or a bid submitted through an attorney, it will be necessary to request a specific form from Gobid Group for the formulation of the bid, which must be uploaded along with the required documentation. In any case, it will also be necessary to produce a specific notarized special power of attorney dated prior to the formulation of the bid.

4. Payment Methods and Transfer of Ownership

The terms for payment of the awarded Lot and related expenses will commence upon confirmation of the award, thus completing the transfer of ownership.

The transfer of ownership will be effected by a deed of Notary designated by the Seller.

Payment must be made by delivery of a non-transferable bank check made out to the Seller, upon the notarial deed, no later than 90 days after the Award Confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

The successful bidder is responsible for all expenses related to the sale (tax and other charges, statutory taxes, and notary fees); the successful bidder will be required to pay these amounts within the same deadline, unless a shorter deadline is required to execute the deed of transfer, which may be communicated.

5. Buyer's Premium and Payment Terms

The successful bidder will be responsible for the Buyer's Premium, plus VAT, due to Gobid Group for managing the auction; this amount will be calculated, on the hammer price, according to the modes shown in the following table (with a minimum commission of €500.00, plus VAT):

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.

The Buyer's Premium, plus VAT, must be paid by the successful bidder within 10 days of the award.
