Deposit

The present auction is subject to a deposit of EUR 8.100,00.

Awarding lots

The indicated base price is equal to the annual fee required for the rental of the business unit. The value resulting at the time of awarding will therefore be understood as the annual fee for the rental of the business.

In the event of an award, the awarding price must be paid in monthly installments in advance, to be made in accordance with the draft business rental agreement attached to the auction sheet.

For anything not provided for in the notice of sale, please refer to the draft business rental agreement attached to the auction sheet which, in the event of an award, will be signed by the Parties when the conditions indicated therein occur. It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to carefully and carefully examine all the documentation attached to the auction sheet and, in particular, the draft business rental agreement intended to regulate the relationships between the Parties, in the event of an award.

Payment deadline

Payment for the lot must be made in accordance with the provisions of the draft business lease agreement attached to the auction sheet, to which reference is made for any further information.

Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 30 days from the provisional awarding.

The company lease agreement will be signed only after full payment of the awarding price, unless otherwise indicated by the Principal, the expenses and the Buyer's Premium, by means of a notarial deed according to the methods established by the Principal himself.

Buyer's Premium:

equal to one month (plus VAT) calculated on the annual rent resulting from the award at the end of the auction

VAT:

VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)

In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

La location aura une durée de cinq ans. Il est de la faculté du Bailleur de demander, au moins trois mois avant l'expiration, le renouvellement de la durée du présent contrat.

L'entreprise ne comprend pas la portion de bien indiquée par le plan annexé en rouge (Annexe B) et les biens et machines y figurant indiqués dans la liste jointe (Annexe C) car le Bailleur n'en a pas à l'état la libre disposition bien qu'ayant engagé toutes les procédures pour les autorisations d'usage et d'exercice.
Sont expressément exclus de l'entreprise : les biens non énumérés précédemment ou non indiqués dans les annexes qui restent, par conséquent, dans la pleine et exclusive disposition du Bailleur, l'argent présent en caisse ou déposé chez des tiers, les créances de toute nature et espèce, les dépôts de garantie, les dettes et les passifs de toute nature, les survenances passives.
