Deposit

To participate in the Auction, a deposit of EUR 300,00 is required.

The deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the following account:

ACCOUNT HOLDER: GOBID ESPAÑA S.L.

Reference: auction number and lot number

Interested users must pay the deposit before the end of the Auction.
Only upon receipt of the deposit will the user be authorized to participate.
To speed up participation, it is recommended to send proof of payment to info@gobid.es

Users who participated but were not awarded any items will receive their deposit back within 20 business days from the payment of the awarded amount. If no award takes place, it will be refunded within 20 business days from the end of the auction.

If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase by paying the sale price and the Buyer’s Premium, the deposit will be withheld.

In this case, the lot will be awarded to the next best bidder who made a bid equal to or above the reserve price.

Encumbrances

The sale is free of charges and encumbrances.

However, all applicable taxes, duties, and levies related to the award or transfer of each asset shall be borne by the winning bidders or buyers.

Vehicles may have unpaid municipal IVTM taxes, which are the responsibility of the winner. The pending amount is detailed in the lot sheet.

Awarding of Lots

The sale will take place without a minimum price requirement; however, the Insolvency Administration reserves the right to reject the highest offers if it considers them insufficient. For accepted offers, the specialized entity will send the provisional award confirmation to the successful bidder, who will then be obliged to pay the offered amount.

Warning: The Insolvency Administration reserves the right to submit the winning bid to the Court for approval. In such a case, only once the offer has been approved by the Court will the confirmation of award be sent to the successful bidder, along with the instructions to make payment within the established deadlines.

Payment Method

All payments must be made by bank transfer to the account provided during registration or in the award communication (see general terms).

Payment Terms

The awarded lot(s) must be paid within 10 days of award notification.

The Buyer’s Premium must be paid within 5 days of award notification.

Removal Conditions

The removal must be completed within 20 days of award confirmation.
GOBID ESPAÑA S.L. will notify the winners via email about the date and time for collection. These may also be shown on the auction page. Dates and times are subject to change at GOBID’s discretion.

If removal occurs on additional days, an extra fee of EUR 250.00 to EUR 350.00 + VAT per day may apply.

Winners must respect the proposed date. If not, they may:

• With prior approval, request collection during a later auction, if scheduled.

• With prior approval, request collection on different dates within the same auction, subject to an additional fee of EUR 250.00 to EUR 350.00 + VAT per day and per staff member.
  
  

Failure to collect on the scheduled date without 48 hours' notice may incur a penalty of EUR 350.00, plus compensation for damages.

Lots not collected on time incur a daily penalty of EUR 50.00. After 30 days from the last scheduled date, the sale is cancelled, and the amounts paid are retained as compensation.

GOBID ESPAÑA S.L. is not obligated to organize or deliver any lot.

The buyer is responsible for complying with safety regulations, disassembly, handling, transport, ownership transfer, etc.

GOBID will only release lots after full payment, and for registered goods, after ownership transfer is complete.

Other Specific Conditions

Buyer’s Premium: 10,00% + 21% VAT (if applicable) of the awarded price.
Minimum: EUR 50.00 + VAT per lot or lot combination.

Award Taxes: VAT at 21.00%, applied to each awarded lot (if applicable).

Extra-Time: Each valid bid in the last 5 minutes extends the countdown by another 5 minutes, until no more bids are made.

Goods are sold "as-is", with no guarantees of condition or operation.

All sale-related costs are borne by the buyer.

GOBID and the Seller are not liable for the functionality, documents, or legal condition of the lots.

No post-sale warranty is provided. Buyers assume the risk for any faults, including those not visible.

Third-Party Rights: The Seller assumes no responsibility for any third-party rights over the goods.

GOBID Translation Disclaimer: GOBID ESPAÑA S.L. is not liable for translation inaccuracies on its website.

Any liability of the Seller regarding the existence of third-party rights over the sold goods is excluded.

The sale is carried out with the obligation for the buyer to bear their own costs and responsibility for verifying the actual conformity of the goods offered for sale.

Any liability of GOBID ESPAÑA SL for errors or inaccuracies in the translation of the texts and materials published on the website is excluded.
