Transfer of the business unit
The transfer of the business unit shall be governed by the conditions submitted and approved by the competent Court, which are attached on the Gobid.es portal as Annex “A” on the page related to this sale.

Other specific conditions

Buyer’s Premium (Commission payable by the Buyer): The bidder who is ultimately awarded the lot shall pay the fees of the specialized entity, set at 5.00% of the award amount, plus applicable VAT at 21% (if due).

This commission will be calculated on the total amount of the final awarded bid.

Note: If the offer includes both a fixed price and a variable price, the latter will only generate commission if it is actually accrued, as it is subject to certain conditions.

The payment of the commission shall be the responsibility of the buyer or awardee, regardless of whether they are a creditor with special privilege or not.
