Participation Rules:

This sales experiment, as per the indications of the Bodies of the Procedure, is announced on the basis of an irrevocable purchase offer received and accepted by the Bodies of the Procedure itself at the end of Phase 1; the accepted offer, of an amount equal to the starting auction price, is duly secured.

To participate in the sale, the User must:

•    register on the website www.gobidreal.it, entering his/her personal data;
•    request registration for the auction, accepting the terms and conditions.

The data entered during the registration phase for the auction will be considered those of the successful bidder and the future owner of the property. All payments envisaged, before and after the sale, must be made exclusively by the registered party. Any powers of attorney or delegation may be taken into consideration subject to express authorization by the Procedure.

•    Pay the required security deposit by bank transfer, as indicated in the appropriate section of these Specific Conditions.

For the purposes of qualification, the deposit must be credited to the current account indicated before the end of the auction.

•    Provide the following documentation by uploading it in the “My Documents” section on the website or by sending it to gobidreal@pec.it:

o    Accounting copy of the bank transfer made;

If the bidder is a NATURAL PERSON:
o    Copy of a valid identity document of the person to whom the property will be registered (registration to a different person will not be permitted);
o    Copy of the tax code;
o    In the case of a legal community of property regime, the data and identity document of the spouse must also be provided (this document is not binding for the purposes of qualification, but is required in the event of an award).

If the bidder is a LEGAL ENTITY:
o    Chamber of Commerce certificate or C.C.I.A.A. certificate, issued no more than 6 months before the date of submission of the offer;
o    Copy of a valid identity document of the person signing the offer in the name and on behalf of the company and, if not the legal representative, copy of the deed showing the representative powers;
o    Copy of the tax code of the person signing the offer;
o    Any official and legalized translation of the Chamber of Commerce certificate, if the company is not Italian;
o    Special power of attorney received or authenticated by a notary, in the case of participation through a representative.

For anything not expressly provided for in these Specific Conditions, please refer to the sales regulations attached to the auction sheet, as compatible.

Participation in the auction is to be understood as a declaration of having read and accepted the General and Specific Conditions of Sale applied, the sales regulations and all the documentation attached to the auction sheet.

Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 90 days from the provisional awarding.

Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full  within  90 days from the provisional awarding.


Buyer's Premium:  The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.

In case of insurgency of  any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website  translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
