Deposit

To participate in the auction, a specific deposit for each lot is required.

Lot 0 requires a deposit of EUR 1.630,00

The deposit must be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Account holder: GOBID ESPAÑA S.L.

Reference: auction number and lot number

Interested users must pay the deposit mentioned above before the end of the auction.

Only once the deposit is received will the user be authorized to participate in the auction.
To speed up participation, it is recommended to send proof of payment to info@gobid.es

Users who participated but were not awarded any asset will receive their deposit back within 20 business days from the conclusion of the auction.

If, after making the deposit and being awarded the lot, the bidder fails to complete the purchase by paying the sale price and the Buyer’s Premium, the deposit will be retained.

In such case, the award will not be assigned to the next best bidder, but a new auction will be held according to the conditions established by the Insolvency Administration.

Encumbrances

The sale of the goods is carried out free of charges and encumbrances.

However, all taxes, duties, and levies legally applicable to the award, sale, or transfer of each asset shall be borne by the awarded buyers.

Awarding of Lots

The sale will be carried out without a reserve price, although the Insolvency Administration reserves the right to reject the highest bids if considered insufficient. For accepted bids, the specialized entity will send the provisional award confirmation to the successful bidder, who will be obliged to pay the offered amount.

Warning: the Insolvency Administration reserves the right to submit the winning offer to the Court for approval. In that case, the award confirmation with payment instructions will be sent only after the Court's approval.

Payment Method

All payments must be made by bank transfer using the accounts communicated at registration or together with the award notification (see general auction terms).

Payment Term

The payment of the awarded lots must be made within 10 days from the award notification.

The payment of the Buyer’s Premium must be made within 5 days from the award notification.

Lot Collection Conditions

In any case, collection must be completed no later than 20 days from the provisional award confirmation.

To optimize the collection service, GOBID ESPAÑA S.L will notify the awarded bidders via email of the date and time to proceed with collection. These dates may also be indicated on the auction webpage. GOBID ESPAÑA S.L reserves the right to change the indicated collection dates and times at its sole discretion.

If the collection must be carried out on different dates, an additional fee between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day will be charged, depending on the goods to be collected.

Bidders must respect the scheduled collection date. If they cannot collect on the appointed day and time, they may:

• upon approval, request to collect during the next scheduled auction event, if available.
  
  

• upon approval, arrange collection on alternative days/times during the same auction phase, with an additional fee between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per added day and necessary personnel.
  
  

Failure to comply with the scheduled collection date without notice at least 48 hours in advance will incur a penalty of EUR 350.00, without prejudice to compensation for any further damages caused to GOBID ESPAÑA S.L.

If the item is not collected within the indicated period, the sale will be considered cancelled and the amounts paid (Awarded Lots – Buyer’s Premium, handling fees, and any other charges) will be retained as compensation.

GOBID ESPAÑA S.L is not obliged to deliver or organize the collection and delivery of any lot.

Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with applicable safety regulations. The buyer must ensure proper measures are taken, including for third parties and collaborators involved.

The successful bidder is responsible for disassembly, handling, loading, and transportation of the awarded lots and, in the case of vehicles, for title transfer and related procedures.

In any case, GOBID ESPAÑA S.L will not release any lot until all payments are made, and for registered movable goods, until the transfer of ownership is complete.

Other Specific Conditions

Buyer’s Premium: a charge of 5,00% (plus 21% VAT, if applicable) of the award price of each lot, to be added to it.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of 50 euros (plus 21% VAT, if applicable) for each awarded lot or combination (minimum fee).

VAT: VAT of 21.00% on the sale price, calculated on the awarded price of each lot (if applicable).

Extra-Time: If a bid is placed during the last 5 minutes, the countdown will be extended by another 5 minutes and restarted, repeating until no further bids are received during the final 5 minutes. In case of a maximum bid (proxy bid), automatic increments are also valid for triggering extra-time.

Formatting of IT Equipment: The successful bidder of any lot including IT equipment must format the necessary devices before collection. The cost of this operation shall be borne entirely by the buyer, who must also certify that data has been erased properly in accordance with current data protection and electronic waste regulations.

Bidding on Complete Lot: In auctions where bidding on the complete lot (lot 0) is allowed, participants may also place bids on individual lots and/or combinations. However, bids on the complete lot will be given preference. If the total value of the individual lot bids exceeds the full lot bid, the Insolvency Administration will decide whether to award the full lot or the individual lots. If no bids are received on the complete lot (Lot 0), the individual lots and/or combinations will be awarded.

Goods will be sold as they are, both physically and legally. Viewing is recommended.

All sale-related expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder, including removal, transport, transfer of ownership, notarial costs, and potential cancellation of encumbrances in public registries.

At no time are the Seller or GOBID ESPAÑA S.L responsible for the condition, functioning, or inspections (e.g., ITVs) of the lots. The sale is “as-is.”

There is no post-sale warranty for non-conformity of the goods, and no claim can be made by buyers.

Any damage or lack of quality will not entitle the buyer to any compensation or legal claim.

The Seller is not liable for the existence of third-party rights on the goods sold.

The buyer is fully responsible for verifying the conformity of the goods with safety regulations.

GOBID ESPAÑA S.L shall not be held responsible for translation errors or inaccuracies on the website.
