Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Det gjennomføringsverktøyet som muliggjør utviklingen av områdene ble godkjent av C.E.C. den 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) og vedtatt av kommunestyret i Marsciano den 30-07-02, med avtaleskjema for gjennomføring av urbaniseringsarbeid godkjent av samme kommunestyre den 28-10-2002 nr. 128.
Med vedtak nr. 5 fra C.C. den 21-01-2005 og godkjenning den 27-04-2005 nr. 68 ble endringer i omfordeling av parkering - endring av noen innganger til tomtene - nedskalering av stier og oppdatering av underjordiske tjenester godkjent;
Med endringer i gjennomføringsplanen pålagt av regionen Umbria i forbindelse med vurdering av miljøpåvirkning med administrativ bestemmelse nr. 11690 den 18-12-2009 og godkjent med vedtak nr.47 fra C.C. den 22-06-2010 ble det gjort endringer i nedskalering av prosjektvolumene - annen fordeling av prosjektvolumene - nytt planteplan - krav til parkettbelegg - tekniske krav som skal brukes under utførelsen av arbeidene - forlengelse av fristen.
Nedenfor er konsistensen angitt i avtalen:

- Takhøyde 2.50 m
- Maksimal høyde 5.95 m
- Høyde på tårn 6.30 m
