Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Det gennemførelsesredskab, der muliggør udviklingen af områderne, blev godkendt af C.E.C. den 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) og vedtaget af byrådet i Marsciano den 30-07-02 med en konvention for gennemførelsen af urbaniseringsarbejder, godkendt af samme byråd den 28-10-2002 nr. 128.
Med beslutning nr. 5 fra C.C. den 21-01-2005 og godkendelse den 27-04-2005 nr. 68 blev ændringer i omfordelingen af parkeringspladserne - ændring af nogle indgange til lodderne - reduktion af stierne og opdatering af underjordiske tjenester godkendt;
Med ændringer til gennemførelsesplanen pålagt af Region Umbrien i forbindelse med vurdering af miljøpåvirkning med direktørbeslutning nr. 11690 den 18-12-2009 og godkendt med beslutning nr. 47 fra C.C. den 22-06-2010 blev der foretaget ændringer i reduktionen af projektvolumenerne - forskellig fordeling af projektvolumenerne - nyt skema for beplantning - krav til belægning af parkeringspladser - tekniske krav til brug i udførelsesfasen af arbejdet - forlængelse af fristen.

- Maksimal højde 7,50 ml
