Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Het uitvoeringsinstrument dat de ontwikkeling van de gebieden mogelijk maakt, is goedgekeurd door de C.E.C. op 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) en aangenomen door de Gemeenteraad van Marsciano op 30-07-02 en met een convenant voor de uitvoering van de infrastructuurwerken goedgekeurd door dezelfde Gemeenteraad op 28-10-2002 nr. 128.
Met besluit nr. 5 van de C.C. van 21-01-2005 en goedkeuring van 27-04-2005 nr. 68 zijn de wijzigingen in de herverdeling van de parkeerplaats - wijziging van enkele ingangen naar de percelen - herziening van de paden en actualisering van de kenmerken van de ondergrondse diensten goedgekeurd;
Met wijzigingen aan het uitvoeringsplan opgelegd door de Regio Umbrië tijdens de beoordeling van de milieueffecten met bestuursbesluit nr. 11690 van 18-12-2009 en goedgekeurd met Besluit nr. 47 van de C.C. van 22-06-2010 zijn wijzigingen aangebracht in de herziening van de projectvolumes - andere verdeling van de projectvolumes - nieuw schema van beplantingen - voorschriften voor de verharding van de parkeerplaatsen - technische voorschriften te gebruiken tijdens de uitvoering van de werken - verlenging van de deadline.
Hieronder de consistenties aangegeven in de overeenkomst:
