Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Arazi geliştirme aracı, 24-07.02 tarihinde C.E.C. tarafından onaylanmış (prat. 1378/2002) ve 30-07-02 tarihinde Marsciano Belediye Meclisi tarafından kabul edilmiştir ve 28-10-2002 tarihinde aynı Belediye Meclisi tarafından onaylanan altyapı çalışmalarının gerçekleştirilmesi için bir Sözleşme şeması ile birlikte sunulmuştur.
21-01-2005 tarihli C.C. kararının 5 numaralı kararı ve 27-04-2005 tarihli 68 numaralı onayı ile otoparkın yeniden dağıtımına, bazı parsel girişlerinin değiştirilmesine, yolların yeniden boyutlandırılmasına ve alt hizmetlerin özelliklerinin güncellenmesine izin verilmiştir;
Umbria Bölgesi tarafından çevresel etki değerlendirmesi sırasında uygulama planına getirilen değişikliklerle 18-12-2009 tarihli 11690 numaralı yönetim kararı ve 22-06-2010 tarihli C.C. kararının 47 numaralı kararı ile onaylanan değişikliklerle proje hacimlerinin yeniden boyutlandırılması, proje hacimlerinin farklı dağılımı, yeni ağaçlandırma şeması, otopark zemin kaplamaları ile ilgili şartlar, inşaat aşamasında kullanılacak teknik şartlar ve son tarih uzatması yapılmıştır.
