Deposit

The present auction is subject to a deposit of  EUR 28.654,00.

Deposit has to be paid in one of the following ways:

Payment deadline


Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.

Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.

Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full on account of expenses for an amount equal to 15% of the awarding price within 60 days from awarding.


Buyer's Premium

A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law). 
 
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.

For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above. 

VAT on Lot: 
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)


In case of insurgency of  any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website  translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Umhverfis bygginguna er að hluta til ræktunarhæft land (p.lle 64, 89, 141); að hluta til örugglega ætlað til notkunar fyrir bygginguna (p.lla 92, 169); að hluta til er það innri gönguleið sem liggur að via Porta Foggia (p.lla 93); p.lle 159, 161 eru hluti af innri umferðarsvæði við bygginguna.
Lóðirnar falla undir svæði:
- Particelle 62, 89, 141, 159, 161, 169, 876 - falla undir svæði fjölbreyttar útfærslur í úthverfi, PUG/P staðfestir núverandi byggingartendensur, sem úthlutar fjölbreyttu svæði til blandaðra íbúðabygginga, þjónustu, verslunar og framleiðslu. Í CPM.ad eru leyfðar lokaverkefni og nýbyggingar með íbúðabyggingu, þjónustu, verslun, framleiðslu, í gegnum PdC gegn gjaldi.
- Particelle 92, 64 - falla undir svæði endurbóta með óbeinni framkvæmd

Vakin er athygli á því að frestur til að ljúka byggingarframkvæmdum var settur á 7/01/2003. Vanræksla á lokun framkvæmda leiðir til þess að beiðni um leyfi þarf að endursenda.
