Lots Availability
The buyer will be responsible for notary fees, legal taxes and all expenses relating to the sale, whether fiscal or otherwise. Communication regarding the exact amount of the charges and their correct specification will be made by the Principal as soon as possible.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 20 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts

Verkefnið sem unnið var er hluti af skipulagsáætlun sem kallast "Le Quinte" Deild C1 UMI 5/B. Byggingarleyfið (Viðauki 5) hefur eftirfarandi fyrirsagnir:
Bygging á hótel-íbúðabyggingu (C.E. 37/95) og bygging á íbúðahóteli (C.E. 77/2002). Því er ljóst að notkunin er hótel. Sveitarfélagið Monticello Conte Otto, að teknu tilliti til sveitarfélagstækni, hefur bent á að það hafi skjal um beiðni um breytingu á notkun í íbúð sem er nú þegar útrunnið vegna vanefnda á greiðslum. Það er þó mögulegt að breyta notkun í íbúð með því að leggja fram skýrslu sem sýnir að ekki sé farið yfir lögbundin mörk varðandi rafsegulmengun, með tilliti til loftlínu sem liggur nálægt fasteigninni. Því er nauðsynlegt að skýrsla sé lögð fram sem sýnir að farið sé að lögum, og leyfi frá Terna SpA, auk þess að greiða nauðsynlegar byggingargjöld, byggingarkostnað og skrifstofukostnað.
