The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Todos os mapeamentos estão dentro de um plano de loteamento delimitado definido no P.R.G. vigente com a sigla PL32 regulamentado de acordo com os artigos 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 das N.T.A.
O plano volumétrico prevê a formação de 24 lotes, dos quais dois com destinação mista comercial/residencial; nos restantes, prevê-se a construção de edifícios unifamiliares e bifamiliares e de uma fileira de unidades em banda. A superfície total da área de levantamento topográfico é de 21.530 m², ligeiramente inferior àquela cadastrada que soma 22.091 m².
A superfície total dos lotes edificáveis é de 12.919 m², com uma capacidade construtiva total de 3.183 m² (slp).
As áreas descobertas restantes são destinadas a áreas verdes e estacionamentos em quantidade superior aos padrões (2.435 m² em relação aos 1.736 previstos no plano) e a viabilidade pública e privada.
