The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Всички парцели попадат в рамките на план за застрояване, определен в действащия ПРГ с обозначение PL32, регулиран съгласно чл. 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 от Н.Т.А.
Плановият обем предвижда образуването на 24 парцела, от които два с комбинирано търговско/жилищно предназначение; за останалите се предвижда изграждане на еднофамилни и двуфамилни сгради и редица къщи. Общата площ на терена, измерена топографски, е 21.530 кв.м, малко по-малко от кадастралната, която е 22.091 кв.м.
Общата площ на строителните парцели е 12.919 кв.м с обща строителна способност от 3.183 кв.м (slp).
Останалите открити площи са предназначени за зелени площи и паркинги в количество, надвишаващо стандартите (2.435 кв.м спрямо предвидените 1.736 кв.м) и за публична и частна пътна инфраструктура.
