The COMMERCIAL COURT NO.1 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in Summary Bankruptcy Proceedings No. 324/2021, issued an order on September 18, 2024, AUTHORIZING the bulk sale of property registry entries 5366, 5370, 5371, 7339, 7340, 7322/13, 7322/14, and 7322/15 of the Güímar Property Registry, for a minimum global price of SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€750,000.00). Order is attached.

This authorization is expressly conditional on a higher bid not being offered during the subsequent bidding period after the sale is published; if a higher bid is offered, it will be awarded to the highest bidder.

The Bankruptcy Administration has appointed the specialized entity GOBID ESPAÑA SL to publish the sale notice on its portal to solicit improved offers.

Any interested party may submit a bid exceeding the authorized price here. When submitting the offer, the bidder must deposit 5% of the offered amount into the court's deposit account or through a first-demand bank guarantee; the offer will be considered void if this requirement is not met.

1. The set conditions are fixed, and interested parties accept them simply by participating, being able to exclusively improve the sale price but not alter the rest of the terms.

2. To participate in the auction, if it occurs, interested parties must comply with Article 647 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Additionally, they must specify the offered price, detailing the payment methods and guarantees provided.

4. If within ten days following the last announcement, a better offer exceeding €750,000.00 is received, it is EXPRESSLY AGREED to open bidding among all bidders on the GOBID.ES auction portal, according to the conditions of the specialized entity GOBID, in agreement with the Bankruptcy Administration. At the close of the mini-auction, the sale will be finally awarded to the highest bidder.

Once the bidding period concludes and the transfer and payment are verified, it is agreed to lift the mortgage encumbrances affecting the referenced asset concerning the specially privileged credit and the bankruptcy annotation. The cancellation costs will be borne by the purchaser.
