Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Tots els mappals cauen dins d’un pla de parcel·les perimetrat definit en el P.R.G. vigent amb la sigla PL32 normat segons els art. 7 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 19 – 27 de les N.T.A.
El planimètric preveu la formació de 24 lots dels quals dos a destinació mixta comercial/residencial; sobre els restants es preveu la realització d’edificis unifamiliars i bifamiliars i d’una filera d’unitats adossades. La superfície total de l’àrea de relleu topogràfic resulta ser de mq 21.530 lleugerament inferior a la que suma a 22.091 mq.
La superfície total dels lots edificables resulta ser de mq 12.919 amb una capacitat edificatòria total de mq 3.183 (slp).
Les restants àrees descobertes estan destinades a verd i aparcaments en quantitat superior als estàndards (mq 2.435 davant dels 1.736 previstos de pla) i a viabilitat pública i privada.
