Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
L'instrument d'application qui permet le développement des zones a été approuvé par la C.E.C. le 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) et adopté par le Conseil Municipal de Marsciano en date du 30-07-02 avec un schéma de Convention pour la réalisation des travaux d'urbanisation approuvé par le même Conseil Municipal en date du 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Avec la délibération n. 5 du C.C. du 21-01-2005 et l'approbation du 27-04-2005 n. 68, les variations de redistribution du parking - modification de certains accès aux lots - redimensionnement des parcours et mise à jour des caractéristiques des sous-services ont été autorisées ;
Avec des variantes au plan d'application imposées par la Région Ombrie lors de l'évaluation d'incidence environnementale par la détermination administrative n. 11690 du 18-12-2009 et autorisées par la Délibération n.47 du C.C. du 22-06-2010, des variations de redimensionnement des volumes de projet - distribution différente des volumes de projet - nouveau schéma de plantations - prescriptions sur le revêtement des parkings - prescriptions techniques à utiliser lors de l'exécution des travaux - prolongation de l'échéance.
