Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Los terrenos sembrados en seco son todos excelentes desde el punto de vista productivo. A excepción de una parcela de habas, todos están destinados principalmente a trigo duro, con una mezcla de Cv. "Brigante" en promedio alrededor del 75 % y Cv. "Acadur" en promedio alrededor del 25 %.
Los terrenos sembrados irrigados están destinados principalmente al cultivo de alcachofas; también hay destinos para coliflor y terrenos en preparación para cultivos hortícolas de primavera-verano.
Todos los terrenos con esta destinación agrícola están cultivados ilegalmente por terceros.
Hay casas en ruinas, que en su momento fueron viviendas y depósitos para herramientas agrícolas, a excepción de dos estructuras, construidas para albergar las centrales de instalaciones fotovoltaicas.
Todos carecen de cualquier título autorizativo municipal y fueron construidos principalmente antes de 1967, a excepción de las dos estructuras construidas recientemente para albergar las centrales de instalaciones fotovoltaicas.
Algunos fueron construidos con el Ente Reforma y posteriormente ampliados, antes de ser abandonados.
