Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Tokat e mbjella në thatësi janë të gjitha të shkëlqyera nga pikëpamja prodhuese. Përveç një sipërfaqeje me favetta, ato janë të destinuara kryesisht për grurë të fortë, me një përzierje të Cv. "Brigante" mesatarisht rreth 75 % dhe Cv. "Acadur" mesatarisht rreth 25 %.
Tokat e mbjella të ujitura janë të destinuara kryesisht për kultivimin e artichokeve; gjithashtu ka destinime për lulelakra dhe toka në përgatitje për kultura perimesh pranverore-verore.
Të gjitha tokat me këtë destinim kulturor, rezultojnë të kultivuara në mënyrë të paligjshme nga të tretë.
Janë të pranishme disa shtëpi të rrënuara, dikur banesa dhe depo për mjete bujqësore, përveç dy strukturave, të ndërtuara për të akomoduar centralet e impianteve fotovoltaike.
Të gjitha rezultojnë pa ndonjë titull autorizues komunal dhe janë ndërtuar kryesisht para vitit 1967, përveç dy strukturave të ndërtuara së fundmi për të akomoduar centralet e impianteve fotovoltaike.
Disa janë ndërtuar me Agjencinë e Reformës dhe më pas janë zgjeruar, para se të braktisen.
