Deposit
The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 4,00% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Totes les parcel·les es troben dins d'un pla de parcel·lació perimetrat definit al P.R.G. vigent amb la sigla PL32 normat segons els art. 7 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 19 - 27 de les N.T.A.
El pla volumètric preveu la formació de 24 parcel·les, dues de les quals amb destinació mixta comercial/residencial; en les restants es preveu la construcció d'edificis unifamiliars i bifamiliars i d'una filera d'unitats adossades. La superfície total de l'àrea amb relleu topogràfic és de 21.530 m² lleugerament inferior a la catastral que suma 22.091 m².
La superfície total de les parcel·les edificables és de 12.919 m² amb una capacitat edificatòria total de 3.183 m² (slp).
Les àrees descobertes restants estan destinades a zones verdes i aparcaments en una quantitat superior als estàndards (2.435 m² enfront dels 1.736 previstos pel pla) i a la via pública i privada.
