Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
El instrumento operativo que permite el desarrollo de las áreas fue aprobado por la C.E.C. el 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) y adoptado por el Consejo Municipal de Marsciano el 30-07-02 y con el esquema de Convenio para la realización de las obras de urbanización aprobado por el mismo Consejo Municipal el 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Con la resolución n. 5 del C.C. del 21-01-2005 y aprobación del 27-04-2005 n. 68 se autorizaron las variaciones de redistribución del estacionamiento - modificación de algunas entradas a los lotes - redimensionamiento de los recorridos y actualización de las características de los servicios públicos;
Con variaciones en el plan operativo impuestas por la Región de Umbría en el marco de la evaluación de impacto ambiental con determinación directiva n. 11690 del 18-12-2009 y autorizada con Deliberación n.47 del C.C. del 22-06-2010 se realizaron variaciones de redimensionamiento de las volumetrías del proyecto - distribución diferente de las volumetrías del proyecto - nuevo esquema de plantaciones - prescripciones sobre pavimentación de estacionamientos - prescripciones técnicas a utilizar en la fase de ejecución de las obras - prórroga del plazo.
