Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Awarded lots must be paid in full in the notarial deed which will take place within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 90 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 2,50% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot.
VAT:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
O instrumento de implementação que permite o desenvolvimento das áreas foi aprovado pela C.E.C. em 24-07.02 (prat. 1378/2002) e adotado pelo Conselho Municipal de Marsciano em 30-07-02 e com esquema de Convenção para a realização das obras de urbanização aprovado pelo mesmo Conselho Municipal em 28-10-2002 n. 128.
Com a deliberação n. 5 do C.C. de 21-01-2005 e aprovação de 27-04-2005 n. 68, foram autorizadas as variações na redistribuição do estacionamento - modificação de algumas entradas para os lotes - redimensionamento dos percursos e atualização das características dos serviços subterrâneos;
Com variantes no plano de implementação impostas pela Região da Úmbria no âmbito da avaliação de impacto ambiental com determinação gerencial n. 11690 de 18-12-2009 e autorizada com Deliberação n.47 do C.C. de 22-06-2010, foram feitas variações no redimensionamento dos volumes do projeto - distribuição diferente dos volumes do projeto - novo esquema de plantio - prescrições sobre pavimentação dos estacionamentos - prescrições técnicas a serem utilizadas na fase de execução das obras - prorrogação do prazo.
