Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Please note that, following the evaluation of the irrevocable offers received and in the presence of irrevocable purchase offers on the Complete lot, valid pursuant to the notice of sale, bidders of the individual lots may also be admitted to participate in the tender on the same Complete lot .
To this end, the bidders, informed of the outcome of the collection of offers, must send as soon as possible a request via certified email to the Procedure and to Gobid International Auction Group Srl in which they express their intention to compete exclusively for the purchase of the Complete lot, integrating the deposit deposit equal to the difference between the amount already paid as a deposit by the same bidder when submitting the irrevocable offer and 10% of the base price of the Complete lot indicated in the notice. The bidder must, therefore, send an accounting copy of the payment made as an integration of the deposit in the manner indicated above, which must be credited to the current account in the name of GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl for the purposes of participating in the tender.
It is specified that participation in the tender on the Complete lot will exclude the participation of the same bidder from any tender on the single lot.
