Participation Rules:Participation in this sale is regulated by the conditions set out in the attached Sale Notice which the user is required to consult.
Lots Availability
Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses.
Payment deadline
Payment of awarding price must take place on account indicated by the procedure within the time limit not exceeding 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from the provisional awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage % charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
The above mentioned percentage charge will be applied according to the modes shown in the following table:

The calculation base of Buyer's Premium is divided into different staggers each one corresponding to a rate decreasing when staggers increase.
For each awarding price, the corresponding Buyers' Premium will be given by the sum of the commissions calculated on the referring stagger, according to the modes indicated in the table above.
VAT on lot:
VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject and will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable)
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Efter vurdering af de modtagne uigenkaldelige bud og i tilfælde af uigenkaldelige købstilbud på hele partiet, der er gyldige i henhold til salgsmeddelelsen, kan de, der har afgivet bud på de enkelte partier, også blive tilladt at deltage i konkurrencen om det samme hele parti.
Til dette formål skal de, der er informeret om resultatet af budindsamlingen, straks sende en anmodning via e-mail til Proceduren og Gobid International Auction Group Srl, hvor de udtrykker deres hensigt om at deltage eksklusivt i købet af det samlede parti, ved at indbetale et depositum svarende til forskellen mellem det allerede indbetalte sikkerhedsbeløb af samme budgiver i forbindelse med afgivelse af uigenkaldeligt bud og 10% af det grundlæggende pris for det samlede parti angivet i meddelelsen. Budgiveren skal derfor sende en kopi af betalingskvitteringen for indbetalingen af sikkerhedsbeløbet i overensstemmelse med de ovenfor angivne procedurer, som skal krediteres på GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl's bankkonto med henblik på deltagelse i konkurrencen.
Det præciseres, at deltagelse i konkurrencen om det samlede parti udelukker den samme budgivers deltagelse i en eventuel konkurrence om den enkelte part.
