The present auction is subject to a deposit of

Payment deadline
Awarded lots have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's premium due (plus VAT) has to be paid within 10 days from awarding.
Fees and expenses related to sale on buyer's expense (law fees, notarial fees, fiscal and non fiscal fees) have to be paid in full within 60 days from awarding.
Buyer's Premium:
A percentage of 1,40% charge + VAT will be added to the price of each awarded lot also in case of offers received related to art. 107 L.F (Bankruptcy Law).
VAT:
Value Added Tax at a rate 22,00% will be calculated on the awarding price and added to it. (where applicable). VAT application may vary according to law depending on the awarding subject
In case of insurgency of any controversy related to the interpretation of the dispositions included in the general and specific terms present in the website translated in different languages, it will be applied the Italian language version of such texts
Los terrenos de secano son todos excelentes desde el punto de vista productivo. Excepto una parcela de faveta, todos están destinados principalmente al trigo duro, con una mezcla de Cv. "Brigante" en aproximadamente un 75 % y Cv. "Acadur" en aproximadamente un 25 %.
Los terrenos de secano irrigados están destinados principalmente al cultivo de alcachofas; también hay destinos de coliflor y terrenos en preparación para cultivos hortícolas de primavera-verano.
Todos los terrenos con este destino de cultivo están siendo cultivados de forma ilegal por terceros.
Hay casas en ruinas, antiguas viviendas y depósitos para herramientas agrícolas, con la excepción de dos estructuras, construidas para albergar las centrales de instalaciones fotovoltaicas.
Todas carecen de cualquier autorización municipal y fueron construidas principalmente antes de 1967, con la excepción de las dos estructuras construidas recientemente para albergar las centrales de instalaciones fotovoltaicas.
Algunas fueron construidas por el Ente Riforma y posteriormente ampliadas, antes de ser abandonadas.
