NOTICE
sale with competitive procedure and offers in paper form of the following movable assets, in a single lot:

ESTABLISHES
That the sales operations will take place on 12 July 2022 at 12.00 in front of the Delegated Judge, in Avellino, on the third floor of the Palazzo di Giustizia of Avellino in Piazza d'Armi.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The purchase offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to be deposited at the bankruptcy registry by 12:00 on the day before the date of the sale. Outside the envelope, only the name of the delegated judge and the date of the sale will be indicated; The name, after identification, of the person who materially provides for the deposit (so-called presenter) will also be noted by the receiving registrar.
- The offer must contain:
the surname, name, place and date of birth, tax code, domicile, marital status, telephone number of the person submitting the irrevocable purchase offer, who must also present himself on the date indicated for the sale in order to participate in the tender in case of several bidders, If the bidder is a company, the updated chamber of commerce registration must be filed;
the indication of the price offered, which cannot be lower than the one set at the auction basis under penalty of exclusion;

- A photocopy of the bidder's identity document must be attached to the bid, as well as a non-transferable cashier's check made out to: "Bankruptcy n. 67/2014 FEG limited liability company", for an amount equal to 20% of the price offered , which will be retained as a penalty In the event of subsequent refusal of the purchase in accordance with the law, or failure to pay the balance of the
price within the term indicated in point 3.3 of the attached Notice of Sale, as well as failure to collect the goods within the terms indicated in
point 2 of the Notice of sale.
