The crawl space is located on the fourth floor of a building of greater consistency.
Originally registered as a single unit with only one access, at the moment it is divided into two independent units accessed from the condominium staircase by to two separate entrances.

The first unit, of 92.07 square meters, was recently renovated and is currently used as an office. Internally, four rooms have been created including a bathroom and a storage room. This portion is complete with all the plants.

The second unit, of 108.81 square meters, is being renovated, internally there are three rooms and a bathroom. Currently the state is unfinished and only some components of the technological systems have been laid.
