SALE NOTICE
The bankruptcy trustee invites you to submit an irrevocable offer to purchase a fuel distributor located in San Nicola Manfredi (BN) at Via Giardino snc, better described in the appraisal signed by the surveyor. Antonio De Prisco which must be considered fully recalled and transcribed.
It should be noted that the free loan agreement registered in Benevento on 04.28.2014 no. 2976 mod. 3 was resolved by the bankruptcy trustee of the granting company.
The price offered cannot be less than € 13,200.00 plus VAT.
The offer must be irrevocable and may be presented at the bankruptcy registry of the Court of Avellino, with a non-transferable cashier's check attached to the bankruptcy procedure equal to 10% of the price offered, or the aforementioned offer may be submitted via p.e.c. at the address f25.2020avellino@pecfallimenti.it accompanied by a copy of the bank transfer as a deposit equal to 10% of the price offered.
The bank transfer must be made to the current account by the following IBAN: IT39C_05387_15100_00000_3246083 - BPER Spa - in the name of the bankruptcy procedure.
The deadline for the submission of offers is set for 30.07.2021 at 16.00.
The offer must be signed by the natural person or by the legal representative in the case of a company, with a copy of the valid identification document attached.
In the case of multiple offers, the curator reserves the right to proceed with a tender, with the award to the highest bidder. The award and the transfer will take place upon the decision of the delegated judge.
The balance of the offered price must be paid within twenty days of the notification of the final award. Transfer costs and tax charges are borne by the successful bidder.
