Bids require a specific deposit indicated in the lot sheet.
Only legal entities with VAT numbers qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging to the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Producer, Sector Merchant, Contracted Outsourcer, Scrapper, and Bodywork Specialist. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the company registration to: info@gobid.it
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the clients.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD FALL THROUGH, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

The viewing date will be set by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and will be communicated via email.
