Company sale of concrete production in Modica (RG), Contrada Musardi Giarrusso

The sale consists of:

Aggregate production plant: occupies an area of ​​approximately 4,000 square meters at the southern end of part 909, located on the border with part 78 of the concrete production plant. The aggregate production section is systemically constituted as follows: vibrating screen, located on a load bearing structure in reinforced concrete, above which the control cabin is located; primary jaw crusher, n. 2 trolley feeders, installed below the level of the yards and inside a reinforced concrete structure; roughing screen, located inside a reinforced concrete structure on 2 levels; hammer mill, no. 2 vibrating screens, located inside a reinforced concrete structure also containing the silos for the storage of stone chips; bucket recovery machine, n. 2 silos for the storage of the mill earth and sand.

S1 concrete production plant: managed in a "manual" way and is used for particular mixes of concrete, generally non-structural (concrete lightened with clay or polystyrene, or made with mixtures composed of pozzolanic or white cement). It consists of: hopper for 4 aggregates, aggregate scale, 2 cement silos, cement scale, additive doser, water doser, conveyor belts and augers, n 1 loading point on the concrete mixer and cabin inside which the plant control panel;

S2 concrete production plant: equipped with a latest generation software system, it consists of: hopper for 4 aggregates, 2 aggregates scales, 4 cement silos, 2 cement scales, additive dispenser, water dispenser, conveyor belts and augers, 2 loading points on concrete mixer, and cabin inside which the plant control panel is located. This control cabin is a concrete slump reader, electronic water dispenser and electronic additive dispenser, load cells connected to all the aggregates and cement scales. The software system allows the management of the production cycle that goes from the acquisition of the order, to the choice of the concrete mix, to the phase of loading the various components of the concrete mix into the mixer, production reports, management of the cement warehouse, aggregates and additive completed by a PLC system that allows software management of the entire production cycle; management completed by inert humidity detection probes.

"BUILDING 1" within the parcel 78
The unit in question is used as offices, with an adjoining concierge.
It develops on the surface for 91 square meters and has a height of 3.15 m. Distributively it is divided into entrance - control room, n. 2 offices, concierge and toilet, all as best shown in the table of the attached drawings.

"BUILDING 2" within the parcel 78
The unit is used as a canteen, changing room and toilets for employees; has an area of ​​40.00 square meters, with a height of 3.20 m.
It also has a veranda of 14.00 square meters.

È costituito da: tramoggia per n 4 inerti, bilancia inerti, n 2 silos per cemento, bilancia cemento, dosatore additivo, dosatore acqua, nastri trasportatori e coclee, n 1 punto di carico su betoniera e cabina all’interno della quale è ubicato il quadro di comando dell’impianto; • Impianto produzione calcestruzzo S2: dotato di un sistema software di ultima generazione è costituito da: tramoggia per n 4 inerti, n 2 bilance inerti, n 4 silos per cemento, n 2 bilancia cemento, dosatore additivo, dosatore acqua, nastri trasportatori e coclee, n 2 punti carico su betoniera, e cabina all’interno della quale è ubicato il quadro di comando dell’impianto. Tale cabina di comando è lettore di slump del calcestruzzo, dosatore elettronico dell’acqua e dosatore elettronico dell’additivo, celle di carico collegate a tutte le bilance sia degli inerti sia del cemento. Il sistema software consente la gestione del ciclo produttivo che va dall’acquisizione dell’ordine, alla scelta del mix del calcestruzzo, alla fase di caricamento in betoniera dei vari componenti la miscela del calcestruzzo, report di produzione, gestione magazzino cemento, inerti e additivo completato da un impianto a PLC che consente la gestione software di tutto il ciclo produttivo; gestione completata da sonde di rilevamento umidità degli inerti. • “EDIFICIO 1” all’interno della part.lla 78 L’unità in oggetto è adibita ad uffici, con annessa portineria. Essa si sviluppa in superficie per mq 91 ed ha altezza di m 3,15.
