By submitting an offer, the bidder declares that they have fully reviewed and fully accept these terms of sale and all documentation made available. If a notice of sale is attached to the auction listing/advertisement, by submitting an offer the bidder declares that they have reviewed and accept the conditions set out therein, of which these terms of sale are to be considered an extract. Deposit

The auction is subject to a specific security deposit for individual lots. The amount due is indicated in the respective lot listings.

The deposit must be paid by:

The deposit must be credited before the auction ends.
Once the deposit has been credited, the user will be enabled to participate in the auction.
To speed up participation in the auction, users are advised to send a scanned copy of the payment receipt showing the CRO code to: [email protected]

If auction participants do not win any items, the deposit will be refunded within 20 business days of the auction closing date, without interest.

If, in the event of a successful bid, the bidder fails to complete the purchase after paying the deposit, the deposit will be withheld.

Availability of Lots

Any registrations relating to pre-emption rights, registrations of attachments and conservatory seizures, and any other encumbrances on the assets offered for sale, will be cancelled pursuant to Article 217, paragraph 2 of the C.C.I.I. once the sale has been completed and the price paid in full. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the buyer's expense and responsibility.

All costs relating to transfers of ownership, including any double transfers and related charges, shall be borne by the buyer

In the event of the export of registered movable property, the buyer must carry out the required procedures in accordance with the regulations in force. Please note that, for the purposes of deregistration for export, the vehicles must be up to date with legally required inspections as of the date of the request.

Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be provided either at the time of registration or when the user receives notification of the successful bid (see general terms and conditions).

Payment deadline

Lots won must be paid for within 5 days of confirmation of the successful bid.
The Buyer's Premium and any additional management charges must be paid within 5 days of confirmation of the successful bid.

Collection of lots won
 
The buyer may collect lots won only after payment of the successful bid price and the applicable commissions (Buyer's Premium, additional management charges) has actually been received.
 
In all cases, collection must be completed no later than 30 days from the date of the successful bid.
 
All lots not collected by the above deadline will incur a daily late fee of EUR 50.00. If the item is not collected within 30 days of the collection deadline, the sale will be automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (lots won - Buyer's Premium, additional management charges and any additional fees paid) will be withheld as a penalty for damages. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot or to arrange collection in any way. 
 
Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the applicable safety regulations established by law; the buyer is therefore required to make any necessary adjustments in this regard, including with respect to any third parties and/or contractors engaged in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transportation of the lots won and must leave the areas affected by collection in a safe condition and free of any goods and/or waste materials generated by them during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable property, the buyer is responsible for completing the procedures required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
Transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out at the buyer's expense and responsibility through the vehicle registration agency designated by the bodies overseeing the proceedings, or alternatively, by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In the event of the export of registered movable property, the buyer must carry out the required procedures in accordance with the regulations in force.
 
In all cases, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available until the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable property, until the relevant transfer of ownership has been completed.
Other specific conditions

Buyer's Premium: A charge of 15,00% + VAT will be added to the hammer price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of €25 (+ 22% VAT where applicable) on each lot or combination won, as minimum fees.

Additional administration fees: These are additional costs borne entirely by the successful bidder, intended to cover the services and activities, performed and to be performed, necessary for preparing, organizing and managing the sale of the goods at auction and the subsequent award phase. These fees must be paid at the same time as the buyer's premium due, as stated in the confirmation of award, which will be issued after the auction ends. Where applicable, these fees will be indicated on each lot’s listing.

VAT: VAT at 22,00% of the sale price will be calculated on the hammer price of each lot (where applicable).
The insolvency proceedings are not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due from intra-Community buyers.

Extra-Time: if a winning bid is placed within the 5 minutes preceding the auction’s closing, the time available to place another bid will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bid received. This will continue indefinitely: for each winning bid received within the 5-minute extra-time period, the time available to place another bid will be extended by a further 5 minutes from the last bid received.  Automatic bids placed when using a maximum bid (proxy bid) will also be considered winning bids.

Bids on the Entire Lot: If no bids are received on the entire lot (Lot 0), the individual lots and/or combinations will be awarded.
If bids are received on the entire lot (Lot 0), at the end of the auction the bodies administering the proceedings reserve the right to decide whether or not to award this lot, based on the amounts reached by the individual lots.

Lots are sold as seen and accepted in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.


The sale of the goods is a forced sale (Art. 2919 of the Italian Civil Code), in which the goods are sold as seen and accepted in their factual and legal condition. In a forced sale, no warranty is given for defects in the goods. The sale may not be challenged on grounds of damage (Art. 2922 of the Italian Civil Code).

Consequently, the existence of any defects, lack of quality or discrepancies in the goods sold shall not give rise to compensation, indemnity or a reduction in price.

The Agent shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the existence of third-party rights over goods offered for sale (Art. 2920 of the Italian Civil Code).

The sale is made with the successful bidder bearing the obligation and responsibility to verify that the goods comply with safety regulations.

In the event of any disputes concerning the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific terms and conditions posted on the platform, which may have been translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
