(see the general auction terms and conditions)

Collection of lots won

The purchaser may collect lots won only after payment of the successful bid price and applicable fees (Buyer's Premium and ancillary management fees) has actually been received.

In all cases, collection must be completed no later than 30 days after the provisional successful bid.

To optimise the collection service, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will notify successful bidders by email of the date(s) and time during which they may collect the lots. These dates may also be indicated on the auction webpage. In all cases, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL reserves the right to change the specified collection dates and times at its sole discretion.

If the successful bidder collects the lots on dates other than those communicated, they must pay an additional fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected.

Successful bidders must observe the start date of collection operations. If the successful bidder is unable to collect on the communicated date and at the communicated time, they may:

-  subject to approval, request permission to collect during the date(s) scheduled for the subsequent sale, if applicable.

-  subject to approval, collect on days and at times other than those made available for the individual sale, by paying an additional fee of between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected.

Failure to observe the collection date scheduled between GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL and the successful bidder will result in a penalty of EUR 350.00 being charged to the successful bidder if the failure to collect is not notified at least 48 hours before the appointment, without prejudice, in any event, to GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL's right to compensation for any greater loss suffered.

All lots not collected by the deadline stated above will incur a daily late fee of EUR 50.00. If the asset is not collected within 30 days of the collection deadline, the sale will automatically be deemed terminated, and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Lots Won, Buyer's Premium, ancillary management fees and any additional fees paid) will be retained as liquidated damages.

GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not obliged to deliver any lot or to make any arrangements for their collection.

Collection operations must be carried out by the purchaser in compliance with the safety regulations in force under applicable law; the purchaser must therefore make any necessary adjustments in this regard, including in relation to any third parties and/or contractors involved in carrying out these operations.

The purchaser is responsible for any dismantling, handling, loading and transport of the lots won and must leave the collection areas in a safe condition, free of any goods and/or waste materials generated by them during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable assets, the purchaser is responsible for completing the procedures required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership.

Transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out at the successful bidder's expense through the vehicle registration agency notified by the bodies administering the proceedings or, alternatively, by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.

If registered movable assets are exported, the purchaser must carry out the required procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations.

In all cases, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not release any lot until the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable assets, until the relevant transfer of ownership has been completed.
