By submitting a bid, the bidder declares that they have fully read and unconditionally accepted these terms of sale and all documentation made available. If a notice of sale is attached to the auction listing/advertisement, by submitting a bid the bidder declares that they have read and accepted the terms set out therein, of which these terms of sale are to be considered an excerpt. Availability of Lots
Any registrations relating to rights of pre-emption, entries of foreclosures and precautionary attachments, and any other encumbrances on the assets offered for sale will be cancelled once the sale has been completed and the price has been paid in full. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the successful bidder's expense.
Payment deadlineLots won by the user must be paid for in full within 90 days of the award.
The Buyer's Premium due must be paid within 10 days of the award.
The costs relating to the sale payable by the buyer (tax and other charges, statutory taxes, notarial fees) must be paid within 90 days of the award
Buyer's Premium: A percentage charge + VAT will be added to the winning bid for each lot
The percentage charge mentioned above will be applied according to the terms shown in the following table:

The Buyer's Premium will have a minimum amount of € 500.00 (+ VAT at 22% where applicable) as the minimum billable commission if the applicable percentage calculated on the sale value is lower.
The basis for calculating the Buyer's Premium is divided into several brackets, each of which is subject to a decreasing rate as the bracket increases.
For each winning bid, the corresponding Buyer's Premium will be the sum of the commissions, each calculated on its respective bracket, according to the terms shown in the table above.
VAT: The applicable VAT rate may vary as provided by law and will be calculated on the winning bid for each lot (where applicable).
In the event of any disputes concerning the interpretation of the provisions contained in the general and specific terms and conditions shown on the platform, which may have been translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
