Deposit

The auction is subject to a security deposit of EUR 1.000,00.

Lots with a starting value equal to or greater than EUR 10,000.00 require the payment of a specific security deposit indicated in the relevant lot sheets.

The deposit must be paid via:

1) online credit card

The deposit must be credited by the auction deadline.

Once the deposit has been credited, the User will be enabled to participate in the Auction.

To speed up participation in the Auction, the User is advised to send the scanned accounting copy of the payment made with the CRO code to: [email protected].

Payment deadline

Awarded lots must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.
The Buyer's Premium and accessory management charges, where applicable, must be paid within 5 days from confirmation of provisional award.

Buyer’s Premium and Accessory Management Charges

Buyer's Premium

A charge of 10,00% + VAT will be added to the award price of each lot.

The Buyer’s Premium will have a minimum amount of €25 (+ 22% VAT where applicable), on each of the awarded lots or combinations, as minimum commissions.


Payment method

All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The details will be specified at the time of notification of successful award of the Lot to the best bidder.

Collection of awarded lots
 
The collection of awarded lots by the buyer may take place only after actual receipt of payments of the award price and the required commissions (Buyer’s Premium, accessory management charges).
 
In any case collection must be completed no later than 30 days from provisional award.
 
In order to optimize the collection service, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will notify successful bidders by e-mail of the date(s) and a time during which they may proceed to collect the lots.  Such dates may also be indicated on the auction web page. GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL in any case reserves the right to change the collection dates and times indicated at its sole discretion.
 
If the successful bidder should collect on dates other than those communicated, they must pay a fee between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT  per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected, as additional charges.
 
Successful bidders will be required to comply with the start date of operations. If the successful bidder cannot collect on the communicated day and time, they may:
 
-  with prior approval, request to be admitted during the date(s) scheduled for the next sale event, if any.
 
-  with prior approval, collect on days and times other than those made available for the individual event, paying an additional fee between EUR 250.00 and EUR 350.00 plus VAT per day, depending on the quantity of goods to be collected, as additional charges
 
Failure to comply with the  scheduled collection date between GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL and the successful bidder will result in the application to the latter of a penalty of EUR 350.00 if the failure to collect is not notified at least 48 hours before the appointment, without prejudice, in any case, to compensation for the greater damage suffered by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
All lots not collected within the above deadline will be subject to a daily late fee of EUR 50.00. If the goods are not collected within 30 days from the collection deadline, the sale will be automatically terminated and the amounts paid by the successful bidder (Awarded Lots - Buyer’s Premium, accessory management charges and any additional charges paid), will be retained as liquidated damages. 
 
GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL is not required to deliver any lot nor to organize in any way their collection. 
 
Collection operations must be carried out by the buyer in compliance with the current safety regulations established by law; the same shall therefore be required to make the necessary adjustments in this regard, including with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in carrying out the aforementioned operations.
 
The buyer is responsible for any disassembly, handling, loading and transport of the awarded lots and is required to leave the places involved in the collection in safe conditions and free of goods and/or residual materials produced by him during the aforementioned operations. In the case of registered movable property, the buyer shall be deemed responsible for completing the formalities required to carry out the necessary transfers of ownership. 
 
The transfers of ownership must therefore be carried out by the successful bidder and at their expense at the vehicle registration agency communicated by the Procedure Bodies, or alternatively, communicated by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL.
 
In the event of export of registered movable property, the buyer must carry out the required operations in compliance with current regulations.
 
In any case, GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP SRL will not make any lot available before the aforementioned payments have been credited and, in the case of registered movable property, before completion of the relevant transfer of ownership.

Bids on the Complete Lot: If no bid has been received on the complete lot (Lot 0), the individual lots and/or combinations will be awarded.
If bids are received on the complete lot (Lot 0), at the end of the auction the Principal reserves the right to award or not award this lot based on the values reached by the individual lots.

Final provisions

In the event of any disputes arising concerning the interpretation of the provisions contained in the General and Specific Conditions shown on the platform, possibly translated into other languages, the Italian version of the text shall prevail.
